Our Plant in Marion Plant Reopens!

Jeanneau’s Marion Plant Reopens!

We are excited to announce that after several weeks of our production facility in Marion, SC being closed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the plant officially reopened its doors this past Monday, May 4th and production has resumed.

Because the number one priority is protecting the health and safety of our employees, we have elected to implement a gradual restart, allowing us to have greater control so as to make it easier to comply with the CDC, South Carolina’s State Laws, and our own corporate policies.

Each employee has been issued their PPE (personal protective equipment) including face mask, and personal bottles of hand sanitizer. In addition, specially designed hygiene stations have been constructed and are located throughout the production floor.

BGM (Groupe-Beneteau Manufacturing) opened its doors in 1986 for the sole purpose of producing cruising sailboats for the North American market. Today, we are as excited as ever to see our hard working men and woman back doing what they love to do, building boats!
