A Grand Yacht Makes a Grand Entrance

Located just a stones throw from the Miami mainland, sits tiny Brickell Key, home to the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Hotel where, with the Miami skyline as her backdrop, the Jeanneau 51 made her official debut.

"It's not everyday we have the opportunity to introduce such a grand yacht as the new Jeanneau 51," said Nick Harvey, President of Jeanneau America, "and even more rare that we do so in such an elegant venue as the Mandarin Oriental in downtown Miami."

Inspired by the tremendous success of the Jeanneau 64 introduced in 2014 and the Jeanneau 54 introduced just last year, the all-new Jeanneau 51, sets a new standard in the growing luxury yacht market.

On hand to celebrate the launch of the 51 included current Jeanneau owners, future Jeanneau owners, members of the press, dealers for Jeanneau, and a number of members from the Jeanneau team. A special thanks to our sponsors Shore Premier Finance and The Proper Knot.

Following the event and the close of the Miami Strictly Sail Show, members of the sailing press including Mark Pillsbury of Cruising World Magazine, George Day of Blue Water Sailing and Adam Cort of Sail Magazine were given the opportunity to test sail the 51 to see firsthand all that this exciting new model has to offer. Watch for their reviews in the coming weeks and months.
